Live Sale Policies
We will be hosting various live sales throughout the week! 1 – 3 lives a week with a variety of products! To shop you just sit back and watch the show! When you see something you like, just comment sold and the number or just the number to claim the item! The numbers will be shown to you in the video feed, but sometimes can be blurry.. so be sure to listen for the proper number. We cannot guarantee the proper item, unless the number is properly stated.
We work very hard to find vendors that are true-to-size fits! We will describe in the live sales whether an item runs small (VERY RARELY), true-to-size or if you can size down! We also have a TON of pieces that come in as S – M – L, but can fit double sizing. For these pieces we will state them as S/M M/L L/XL pieces! Please DO NOT be alarmed if you order one of the double size pieces and your tag reads something different. We try to state and tag our clothing the way that it fits our customers. This helps us determine the BEST FIT for you! If you have any questions or need assistance you can always comment those questions during a live OR even PM us! We want to work with YOU and find the PERFECT PIECES!
No worries at all! All live sale and pre-orders are returnable for store credit to the boutique! We want you to 100% love your pieces! Just pop your items back into the mailer or use your own and send them back to PO Box 1043 North Beach, MD 20714! YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE DOING SO AND RECEIVE APPROVAL FOR THE RETRUN. If you don’t and you are outside of your 7 day window, we may not be able to accept the return or may be able to ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. All returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your items (we use the delivery receipt on your shipment tracking or the day the packages are hand delivered to your door step to determine the 7 days).
The reason for this is because live sales and pre-orders take so much time to show the product, organize the product, order the product, sort and ship once it arrives. Honestly, though most of our ladies LOVE their pieces and we don’t see a ton of returns! We hope you love them, but totally understand if something doesn’t meet your fancy once it arrives in person! For all regular orders placed on our website (non-preorders or live sale purchases) you can return your items for an actual refund. This again is only a 7 day window from the delivery date.
Invoicing is easy! We typically invoice through Square or PayPal. Majority of the time it is SQUARE. On the website you can use a debit/credit card or PayPal to check out. We will send an invoice at the close of the live sale (up to 2 hours after) to the email provided on your customer profile or to the email given in the google form on the live sale you purchased on. If you have shopped with us previously and are using the same Facebook account you normally do, you DO NOT have to provide your email every time!
Invoices are sent after the live sale closes and typically 1-2 hours after the live sale, just to give time in case you want to shop the replay or missed an item! From there we allow replay shopping until 12pm the next day. We prefer for invoices to be paid by 12pm the following day, so we can ship or deliver the items quickly! We want you to have your pieces right away! However, we do allow 48 hours to pay your invoice!

We are human and understand life happens, but at the same time live sales and pre-orders take so much time and work and we want you to receive your amazing pieces timely! We greatly appreciate that anything claimed is paid within 48 hours!
We get it! Things come up, unexpected things happen or sometimes you go a little wild on the live sale with the excitement! We allow you to PASS on your entire invoice a MAX of 2 times. After the second time, we may have to restrict purchasing from live sales! 🙁 Super bummer!
The reason for this is simple! First, the amount of time it takes to host the live sale, organize the product, pull the orders, pack the orders and ship or deliver is time consuming. We have pulled and packed everything and then have to unpack when the invoice isn’t paid in the 48 hour window. In addition, our stock is LIMITED… meaning someone else could have wanted those products and they missed out. That just isn’t fair to them. 🙁
This is similar to the question above, but instead of passing on the entire invoice it would just be 1 of the items. Still, at the same time someone else may have wanted this products and the order was still pulled, processed and packed. However, we understand you may have heard the size wrong, or something could have happened to change your mind on a single piece. In this instance we allow you to remove a single item up to THREE (3) times when shopping with us before we may have to restrict live sale shopping. We want to be as flexible and understanding, but at the same time to keep up with orders, processing and shipments it is difficult to go back and take items out of orders. 🙁
We personally deliver for FREE to any address that is Dunkirk – St. Leonard (of course the beaches too)! We will also ship for free to these locations should our schedule not allow timely deliveries. For anywhere outside of those areas but still in the United States, we charge a FLAT $5 ship rate. Honestly, ladies, it costs us A LOT more than $5 to ship it! We are just trying to offset shipping costs so we can keep our products as affordable as possible!
Loyalty, promotional coupons and other coupons can be used on pretty much ANY live sale! The only live sales we don’t allow loyalty/promos/coupons are discounted live sales! It is best to save those for full price items, because you get a better deal on new merchandise. If you have a reward you would like to use all you have to do is tell us in a comment that you have a reward! We will gladly apply one of the rewards to your invoice (can only use 1 reward at a time)! If you have multiple we may ask which one you’d like to use in a PM.
Pre-Orders – No loyalty/promos/coupons are permitted.
These items are ALL from trusted vendors that we are familiar with sizing, quality and materials so we can answer questions to help best fit you! We will allow pre-orders for a designated duration. After that there is NO guarantee that the items will arrive to the boutique, so if you love something order it now!

If you purchase an item and for some reason you don’t want it, don’t love it or it doesn’t fit and there isn’t a size to change to, then we do allow returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY! **NO EXCEPTIONS**
Sizing varies from vendor to vendor, so please ensure to read the sizing descriptions and comments on fit in the product listing. As usual though, our items run TRUE TO SIZE with occasionally being able to get a size down! Very FEW times do items run small. We have searched high and low for AMAZING vendors and are proud to have vendors that can service all IBH ladies!!
Once you have checked out your order WILL NOT be refunded! You can cancel your order, but will only receive Store Credit.
MAJOR DISCLAIMER: Because all items are preorders, sometimes an item will sell out with a vendor before we can order. Sometimes vendors do not keep their stock up-to-date online… so IF an item is sold out and you have already checked out, we will immediately notify you and refund you.
ALL items are preorders, meaning they can take 3 weeks to ship to you after the closing date, but usually will arrive to us within 3 – 5 days and will ship same day as arrival. Sometimes products will have an extended shipping time or become backordered, which will be noted on the description or explained to you once the order is placed and we are informed. We will ship to the address on your checkout receipt!

Website Ordering Policies
It is easy! Just browse through our shop pages and check out products that are in-stock and products that are available on pre-order! From there, add whatever pieces you love to your cart. You can always remove pieces prior to checkout if you change your mind. Once you check out your order will begin processing and all in-stock pieces will ship within 24-48 hours (except after 12pm on Saturday – they will not ship until Monday).
Nope! We have a feature that asks you to provide it the FIRST time you try to add something to your cart. If you opt out of that option, no worries! You will have to provide your information at check out, but there is no obligation to provide your email unless you are fulfilling checkout!
Returns are easy! The website is the ONLY place that returns are accepted for a REFUND. Live sales and pre-orders are STORE CREDIT ONLY. When purchasing from the website all in-stock pieces will be shipped or hand delivered. From there you, as the customer, have 7 days to decide to return the product if you don’t love it. You DO have to notify us that you will be sending a return to PO BOX 1043 North Beach, MD 20714, BUT you can easily place the item back in the mailer it was sent to you in OR in your own! We only provide labels for items that are defective or sent incorrectly! Honestly though, we try to be so descriptive in our listings and are here to answer any questions you have prior to checking out! We don’t actually see a lot of returns, as our IBH ladies usually LOVE their pieces! However, we totally understand when something arrives and it just isn’t hitting you, so no worries either way! We want you to LOVE your pieces! 🙂
Once the item arrives back, the piece will be inspected and the TAG MUST BE ATTACHED! Once inspected the refund will be issued. The items also MUST be in transit by the 7th day post delivery. Delivery is determined by the tracking delivery or the day the item was personally delivered.
PLEASE ALSO SEE THE BELOW FIELD OF ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
Most coupons are one time use. There is no cash value. They cannot be transferred. They also are eligible for use on already discounted items. Coupons, other than the pre-order specific coupon, are NEVER valid on pre-orders! If the coupon has any restrictions such as how many times it can be used, the minimum or maximum cart allowance, or other factors — usually they will be in the status of the coupon launch, but also the website will inform you that the coupon is UNABLE TO BE USED. There are no exceptions!
If a coupon is released after you placed an order (perhaps a flash sale or a holiday coupon), unfortunately we cannot refund the order and have you redo it in order to receive the coupon. We typically wouldn’t launch a coupon after someone has placed an order for the day, but if we miss it and you did, you are welcome to PM us (applies for SAME DAY ONLY SALES).
We try to place our sizing on our products the way the item will fit our customers. Unfortunately we don’t have a standard size chart, as each vendor we use may run differently. However, we do our best to tell our customers whether to order their true size, to size up or to size down! We also offer tips of sizing depending on how you want the piece to fit. (i.e. if something is suppose to be oversized, you may be able to size 1-2 sizes down to make it more fitted). We do our best to describe everything in detail and provide material listings and put the content simple terms (i.e. soft, stretchy, sweater, brushed, etc). We do have a few items that will NOT be accepted for returns and some that are accepted with conditions!

- Sale Items (Discount Section)
Accepted, but Conditioned:
- Swimwear, Must notify within 24 Hours of Receiving and it is store credit or exchange only
- Shoes, Must notify within 24 Hours of Receiving and it is store credit or exchange only
If the tags are removed from ANY product, a return will NOT be accepted. Also, if the tag removal caused damage to a product and that is the reason for the return, this will not be accepted either. We encourage the use of scissors to remove tags and DO NOT encourage just pulling them off.
** Also, please note that if you used a loyalty/promo/reward/coupon on your order and return it, the loyalty/promo/reward/coupon WILL NOT be reinstated to use again and your refund will be only for what was actually paid. **
That is right! Get everything you want and split it into 4 payments! Typically this will only show up in your check out when your cart is $100 or more (occasionally we will lower this threshold)!
